On Tuesday 14 May, local community members gathered to welcome the Peth Wildcats - Damian Martin, Jesse Wagstaff, Mitchell Norton and Clint Steindl.

Kicking off from 5pm, this event saw a surprise guest in MC Ross Wallman; Nova 93.7 radio presenter as he handed out $1,000 worth of Hawaiian's Bassendean retailer vouchers on the night.

A number of local kids took place in the half-court basketball competition, taking home a 2019 Championship team signed basketball. The winning participate being from Hawaiian's Bassendean local supported Basketball Club Bassendean Galaxy.

Fans had the opportunity to High 5 Wilbur Wildcat, have their faces painted in Wildcats colours, have their favourite memorabilia signed and even take a selfie with the 2019 NBL Championship trophy.

Locals were also very quick to donate to Fair Game a local based charity organisation that collects, recycles and redistributes pre-loved sporting equipment.

The Community Fan Day at Hawaiian’s Bassendean is part of Hawaiian’s continuing partnership with the Perth Wildcats.
