With an evolving portfolio across the commercial, retail, hospitality and land development markets, Hawaiian, a privately owned WA based property group, has grown its presence in Western Australia since establishing in 1993.

From the first acquisition of the Parmelia Hilton, over 20 years ago, today we own and manage nine shopping centres across the Perth metro area, three St Georges Terrace office towers, hospitality locations including the world renowned Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa and investment into land projects Australia wide.

This presence across WA ensures we remain educated on local community issues. Being privately owned it is flexible in how we integrate this knowledge into ensuring the company achieves the board’s mandate - to make a difference to the people in and around the business.

Giving back to the community has always been a focus, and we continue to innovate how this is weaved throughout the company’s business model.

Develop

Our management believes in identifying a property’s true potential and has an excellent track record of transforming assets into connected community spaces. A deep insight into the users of each property coupled with slightly unconventional planning, has delivered industry leading spaces, particularly in the retail sector.

Connect

Hawaiian is well connected and we choose our partners wisely. Our tenants, suppliers, partners and networks all hold similar values to us and help us to give back to the communities in which we do business.

Enrich

A combination of philanthropy, sponsorship, activities and partnered giving is testament to Hawaiian’s commitment to give back to the community. Much of this program revolves around sharing experiences with our valued stakeholders.

What is the Rén?

In our logo, the symbol next to the word Hawaiian is the Rén; the Chinese symbol of humankind. The Rén appears on everything we own and it symbolises our company ethos of uniting business and people.
