Peter Manifis, Western Australia’s favourite seafood chef, will chase the sun to Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa for the Anzac Long Weekend to share his passion and knowledge of ‘all things seafood’.

From Friday 22nd April to Monday 25th April 2016, guests will delight in series of tantalizing events centered around beautiful local seafood enjoyed in the serenity of the only Resort on Cable Beach.

Perth’s resident fishmonger and MasterChef, Josh Catalano, will be accompanying Manifis to the Resort as an addition to the exciting weekend program, providing guests with a live and interactive seafood styling demonstration.

When planning the menu for the Sunday evening, Peter Manifis said he was taking inspiration from amazing flavours of the local bush spices of the Kimberley region to complement the fresh WA seafood.

“Chefs from all over the globe love these great flavours from our native spices but you tend to take them for granted when they are in our own ‘backyard’. I want to take these flavours and modernize the way I incorporate them into the dishes,” said Peter Manifis.
