Urban strategists element are back with Hawaiian, taking up a 7 year lease of the top two floors of Parmelia House.
element, formerly TPG + Place Match, is a previous tenant of Hawaiian’s and share a long and successful relationship.

Levels 18 and 19 were completely gutted, including the removal of external concrete fins on the southern side of the building to increase natural light, improve views and open up the outdoor balcony area for entertaining. A new internal staircase connects both floors and the lift shaft has been extended to the 19th floor, creating a private tenant only entry.
element Director Andrew Howe said a central city location was essential.
