Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa officially kicked off its 2018 event season with a perfect evening in the gardens of Lamont’s Bishops House.

Resort staff travelled to Perth for the night and mingled with guests including Hawaiian CEO Russell Gibbs, Rob Broadfield, Julian Barry from Qantas, Lindsay and Libby Youd from Allure Pearls and Kevin and Christine Cass Ryall from Ramsay Health Care.

Guests were treated to a selection of mouth-watering dishes from the resorts restaurants including, Pearl meat nam prik on black puffed rice from Kichi Kichi, Tempura prawns from Zensai and Fremantle Octopus, white bean skordalia and capers from the new Spanish tapas style menu at the Ocean Pool.

Restaurateur Guy Grossi was announced as this year’s special guest for A Weekend for Telethon in June and exciting plans for this year’s Broome Cup and Shinju Matsuri in August.  The night concluded with a fashion show thanks to Claremont Quarter.
