Hawaiian’s tenants at 235 St Georges Terrace enjoyed a recharging lunchbreak last week as Perth Symphony Orchestra held a free meditation session in the conference room.

C.A.L.M stands for Come and Listen to Music, and is a call for busy people to stop and clear their minds.

Hawaiian CEO Russell Gibbs said the unique live-music experience was brought in to give staff the opportunity to switch off and enjoy a moment of mindfulness during workhours.

“We are all busy, and it can be a challenge to find time to relax and recharge, which can lead to stress in the workplace.”

“The physical and mental wellbeing of our staff is our upmost priority, so we invited our partner Perth Symphony Orchestra to come in and give us all a moment to simply unwind,” Mr Gibbs said.
