Hawaiian has welcomed two new tenants to its commercial office portfolio with Oil and Gas Solutions and NG Services signing leases for our commercial building, London House.

Both Oil and Gas Solutions and NG Services have opted to move to the west end of St Georges Terrace, moving into newly fitted out and furnished offices in the landmark building.

Oil and Gas Solutions will be moving from their King Street office, taking 289 m² for five years, with NG Services, taking a 499m² turnkey office fitout on Level 4 of the building on a two year lease.

“Being able to work with tenants to understand how our offices can add value to their business has been key to Hawaiian continuing to service new tenants. As well as prime locations and upgraded facilities, flexibility in the landlord/ tenant relationship has been a drawcard in the current market.” said Russell Gibbs, CEO and Director of Hawaiian.

CBRE’s office services director, Lachlan Lewis negotiated the deals on behalf of Hawaiian.

“The latest new leases with the Oil and Gas and NG Services confirms that the London House lessor, Hawaiian, has the right approach, attitude and model to attract new leases in what is an extremely competitive CBD market. They are one of the busiest Perth landlords working on new lease negotiations right now and what’s important is that the great traction they have, continues.” Mr Lewis said.
