Last year, Hawaiian partnered with muru-D, the startup accelerator backed by Telstra, Spacecubed, and Seven West Media, to launch a new startup accelerator program, Plus Eight. Now up and running, they are on the search for the next big idea from Perth’s burgeoning entrepreneurs with applications open to be part of the program.

Inviting WA startups to present their business ideas, the program gives successful applicants access to seed funding to the value of $40,000, mentors and the extensive network of all partners, education and support over six months, as well as space at Perth's largest co-working space, FLUX at Parmelia House.

With over sixty percent of the world’s population working within two hours of Perth’s GMT Plus Eight-time zone it gives young WA startups previously unparalleled access to fast-growing global markets. Plus Eight is the perfect way to help our young startups tap into this with support from established and successful organisations.
